ABOUT ABOULELA

My career is dedicated to building a more sustainable future. As a scientist at Imerys, I\'m focused on innovating and developing next-generation mineral-based solutions for building and infrastructure markets. My work is all about creating high-performance materials that not only meet today\'s rigorous standards but also anticipate tomorrow\'s needs. This work builds on my research at the University of Sheffield, where I was a lead researcher for the ICEC-MCM. I pioneered new approaches to developing sustainable construction materials, exploring how we can use circular economy principles to reduce waste and create value. With a PhD in the durability of cement-based materials, I have a deep technical understanding of the challenges facing our built environment. I\'m always eager to connect with fellow innovators, researchers, and industry leaders who share a passion for creating resilient, sustainable infrastructure.
