Serve as the primary point of contact for specific job quality partners- Design and lead convenings that build employer capacity, promote best practices, and spark peer learning- Facilitate surveys and co-design sessions with employers, workers, and industry partners following a human-centered design approach to ensure resources reflect real-world needs- Use project management platforms and digital tools to coordinate milestones, track progress, and automate reporting workflows for grant-funded and internal projects- Compile qualitative and quantitative information for project and grant reporting- Assist in the contracting processes, as needed, including finalizing the scope of work, developing supporting materials, and working with internal teams to create final contracts- Promote job quality resources, events, and engagement opportunities. Work with the communications team to provide content for Partner4Work social media channels- Produce visually compelling content (1-pagers, slide decks, reports, etc.) to support job quality adoption, independently and in collaboration with the communications team- Research relevant job quality topic areas to inform Partner4Work’s strategic planning, decision making, and stakeholder engagement- Work with internal staff to create and refine job quality products, including frameworks, toolkits, and implementation guides. Translate national research and employer feedback into practical tools that promote equitable hiring and retention- Engage with peers through network events and communities of practice to learn about and share promising strategies, challenges, and opportunities for shared impact.
