Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) developed, launched, and operates the Common Securitization Platform (CSP), the largest and most advanced mortgage securitization service in the world which supports the Uniform Mortgage-Backed Security (UMBS) of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Master of the two teams responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all the software tools used within CSS to manage and run the CSP. I seek to cultivate a reflective team culture where the goal of accomplishing deliverables is balanced against improving efficiency, knowledge sharing, and fostering a positive collaborative atmosphere focused on providing end user value.• Manage, coordinate, and facilitate (or supervise the facilitation of) all aspects of agile team activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint and release retrospectives and demos, iteration (PI) and release planning, and coordination with other teams.• A vigilant cross-functional advocate and coordinator for the team, working with all relevant stakeholders to get clarity and alignment, and to find suitable solutions to blockers.• Maintain, share, and regularly discuss agile metrics including capacity, velocity, burndown trends, and company specific KPIs to stimulate data driven improvement. • Agile coach for the teams, promoting the understanding of agile principles and their adoption adjusted to the unique situations and dynamics, so as to build a productive and positive team culture.• Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to promote and encourage positive agile practices across the organization by highlighting and sharing lessons learned and best practices from various situations.• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts in on-going backlog refinement to maintain an organized, forward-looking, flexible backlog.
