Being a Domestic Assistant at Renaissance Care means maintaining professional standards of cleanliness and safe sanitation levels at the nursing home. Working around vulnerable people requires extra care and patience and has given me a new appreciation for the excellent care that our healthcare workers deliver. Working at Renaissance Care has been highly enjoyable due to the friendly atmosphere at the care home. Moreover, this atmosphere is carried throughout the care home such that all staff engage with the residents in a kind manner to increase the quality of life of the residents. Renaissance Care’s commitment to go above and beyond to ensure high quality service aligns with my personal values, hence my experience thus far has been highly beneficial to my development as a competent employee.
