Primary Function:Develop company\'s financial forecasting, long-range planning (3 Year Plans), budgeting and financial reporting efforts. Interpret financial results, initiate and prepare insightful and informative financial analyses and reports. Serve as a company wide resource on issues that impact the company\'s financial results.Responsibilities-Develop company\'s financial forecasting, long-range planning, budgeting and financial reporting efforts-Accurately project operating, balance sheet and cash flow results utilizing and incorporating current trends, future expectations, external forces and company\'s strategic plans-Constantly communicate across functional lines to ensure forecasts, plans, budgets and financial analyses are accurate, complete and reflect the company\'s operational and financial realities-Coordinate and organize large volumes of data and assign and allocate work to others across the organization-Identify the financial reporting needs of senior executives and management and effectively interpret and communicate on a regular basis, through both written and verbal medium, the company\'s operating results, forecasts, budgets, variances and trends-Utilize advanced technical PC and data management skills to continually improve upon existing processes, techniques and leverage financial systems in the innovative development and implementation of executive level reporting tools which aid in the communication of financial results-Serve as a consultant to senior executives and management applying technical expertise in solving complex issues and problems-Serve as a company-wide resource to other associates through training and development and sharing advanced knowledge of the company and industry through participation on cross-functional teams and projects
