   Advanced Materials & Manufacturing - Blue Origin \"Da Vinci Lab\"* Lead mechanical designer for novel, massive scale, deployable robotic additive (FSAM) deposition system. My individual scope includes mechatronic systems design, test stand development, hands-on fabrication of hardware and experimental tooling via CNC mill + turn.* Responsible for full scope of system design below J6: component and assembly level hardware requirement specification, custom component design, CAD, BOM management, and on-site machining.* Collaborated with senior metallurgists, and floor technicians to test and refine prototype systems. Defined stable trial methodology, formulated and executed FSAM process development DOEs.* Worked closely with controls engineers on integration of our EoA \"print head\" with heavy 6-axis industrial robot (FANUC, Allen Bradley)- requiring dynamic management of process temperature, position, forge force and much more.* Starting from bare metal & concept sketch - delivered 4 major system revisions in 9 months, exceeding PDR milestones goals.
