I’m a results-driven Region Director at CVS Health, currently leading a $1.2B+ retail and pharmacy business across multiple states. My leadership style is rooted in clarity, consistency, and care. Those experiences, working across geographies, industries, and company sizes (primarily Fortune 100 organizations) have shaped how I lead: with adaptability, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for the people behind the results. I’m a fast learner and a champion of change, which has helped me navigate workforce challenges, market disruptions, and operational complexity with confidence.Currently, I lead nine Director level leaders and oversee over 1300 pharmacy and retail professionals. We succeed by focusing on what truly moves the needle. Developing talent, delivering a consistent customer experience, and executing with discipline. Every market I’ve led has performed better than when I stepped in and more importantly, continued to succeed after I transitioned. That kind of lasting impact is what I aim for.Beyond operations and performance, I care deeply about philanthropy and social justice. I believe leadership goes beyond the four walls of a business. Whether it’s advocating for underserved communities, mentoring future leaders, or supporting causes that uplift others. I make space for that work because it’s part of who I am.Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness and wellness. Running and hitting the gym are non-negotiables for me. They keep me grounded, focused, and help me make better decisions.At the end of the day, I lead with purpose, stay people-centered, and aim to leave every team, business, and community better than I found it. I have always been open to new challenges, within or outside the U.S. and always looking for ways to lead with impact. Both inside the business and beyond it.
