Telemetry Platform & Data Pipelines • Built an end to end AWS pipeline (Glue, S3, Tableau) turning millions of daily game events into real time dashboards for Product, Engineering, and LiveOps. Insights that used to take days became automated and near instant. • Applied Amazon Comprehend at scale for sentiment analysis on player feedback, auto routing high priority signals into Jira, eliminating hours of manual triage per incident.Performance Profiler Tool • Built a Python engine from scratch to parse Unreal Engine.utrace files, benchmark every build against KPI baselines, and surface regressions before they shipped a 0 to 1 internal platform. • Cut diagnostics time from 4 hours to 5 minutes (98% reduction) by integrating the profiler into CI as an automated performance gate.Unreal Engine Upgrade Validation • Led telemetry driven validation for the studio’s UE5 upgrade. Designed test frameworks measuring crash rates, frame stability, and memory across all platform targets, giving leadership objective data to gate the migration. • Authored the internal performance testing playbook using Unreal Insights, turning ad-hoc validation into a repeatable, team wide standard adopted across every build cycle.Live Operations - New World (8 Seasons) • Owned the data backbone for 8 live seasons supporting 500K+ players. Built investigation workflows that turned chaotic multi channel feedback into a structured, prioritized signal pipeline the entire LiveOps team ran on. • Reduced mean time to investigate by 35% by redesigning triage workflows. Managed a distributed team of 15, building a data first decision culture across 8 high pressure live seasons.
