A learning curve is essential to growth and hence there are innumerable things to learn in the world which drive me to take on new things. Methodical,creative and result-driven.MBA graduate from IIM Udaipur, presently working in YES Bank as AVP in ED office, responsible for analysing PnL and build strategies for improving business with the heads, additionally i handled the business channels such as new branches and RMs, their Rewards and recognition and internal campaigns to boost the business of the bank.I have professional experience in project management, handling various stakeholders. A solutions-given individual with experience in solving complex problems, working with cross-functional teams, and building project plans in Asana and Microsoft office. Recently completed the Google project management career certificate - a rigorous hands-on program that covered traditional and agile project management approaches throughout the life cycle of a project.I am a mechanical engineer which explains my habit of making calculated data-driven decisions and passion for designing. Efficient organization, structuring and aesthetic formation over the period of time have become my unconscious competencies.Things I pursue at leisure are painting, cartoonism, sketching.
