   My role as a Director is vital in overseeing capital needs increase, acquisition and divestiture (A&D) valuations and financial modeling, accretive assets acquisition, waterfalls, cash flow scenarios and Proforma analysis, JV design, and due diligence to achieve established goals and objectives. Moreover, I direct screen acquisition targets in all US basins, engineering work, evaluations, modeling, and pitch book preparation.My duties and accomplishments include the following: Evaluate prospects and review fields and basins for Enhanced Oil Recovery potential while evaluating existing oilfields across Louisiana, Arkansas, East Texas, West Texas, Montana, and California to identify potential acquisitions for the future EOR projects. Work Hand-in-Hand with Operations VP in execution of oil and gas projects from the permitting phase through production/facilities construction and turn-in-line Support CFO and CEO with business planning and development, including deploying reservoir engineering practices. Implemented a digital mobile app to capture critical field data that helped the company realize 15% savings in operating costs and increased production rates to make faster business decisions and dramatically impact the company’s bottom line. Directed multifunctional team to appropriately evaluate existing company assets for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) projects, including Alkali Surfactant Polymer EOR and other less common EOR technologies, such as Microbial EOR. Designed Secondary (Water Flooding) and Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) projects, well log analysis, & geologic interpretation work.
