Optimization of formula, process optimization trials, feasibility batches, stability studies for smooth execution at scale up level.4. Technology transfer of developed products to production/manufacturing site.6. Have exposure of regulatory erquirement of market like US, Europe etc.7. PC skills – familiarity with Microsift Office product including Word, excel, powerpoint TACT, SRS Standards.8. Good critical thinking capability and the ability to advance logical arguments.9. Good communication skills including the capability to lead from a technical perspective.10. Systematic troubleshooting skills11. Good organizing and coorinating skills and ability to work independently and reliably deliver results.
