   Spearheaded the Product design and implementation of new PQRS and ACO GPRO reporting products. • Led the effort and was successful in the first time Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) submissions for Meaningful Use Eligible Hospital eCQMs, to both CMS and The Joint Commission, for the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting program (IQR). • Documented complex logic for 16 Meaningful Use Eligible Hospital indicators (eCQMS) and am also the SME aiding in the implementation of these indicators and their annual upgrades in alignment with the annual CMS updates to eCQM specifications. • Documented complex logic for 64 Meaningful Use Eligible Professional indicators (eCQMS) and am the SME in implementation of these indicators. • Led the team which was successful in getting 36 electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMS) certified for CMS Meaningful Use for Eligible Professionals, through the Drummond Group, while working as a Product Manager and also as Clinical Data Analyst. • Led the team which was successful in getting 15 HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures certified with NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) • Closely followed updates in government regulations for various quality reporting programs, and thereby educated internal teams and also made necessary updates in Product design.
