Currently working with Tata Steel India as Head Procurement,Transportation handling logistics of ~ 20 Million tonnes with a direct spend of INR Crores. Having worked for last ~ 9 years, I have been closely associated with the major procurement restructuring and transformation exercise in addition to various initiatives around 3 key themes i.e, scale, synergy and simplification.In this period I have looked at end-to-end supply chain including vendor due diligence, contracting, last mile delivery, 3PL, warehousing, imports etc.Additionally I have been instrumental in the Procurement 4.0 digital journey to enhance the process simplification and agility.Prior to the same I completed my PGDBM in Marketing & Finance from XLRI, Jamshedpur (2012-14 batch).
