About Amol Khatane
As an OJT at GO FIRST, I am learning the practical aspects of aircraft maintenance engineering, a field that I am passionate about. I am pursuing a dual degree in aircraft maintenance engineering from College of Aviation Technology and B.Sc. in aeronautics from University of Mumbai, which will equip me with the theoretical and technical knowledge required for this industry. I have completed two months of training at GO FIRST in October and November 2022, and again in February and March 2023, where I gained hands-on experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintenance of A320, A321neo aircrafts. I also have skills in computer operations and language, which enable me to use various software and tools related to aviation. My core competencies include attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication. My mission is to ensure the safety and efficiency of the aircrafts and the passengers, and to contribute to the growth and innovation of the aviation sector.
