Responsible for quality deliverables for teams across offshore-onshore locations• Involvement in all stages of SDLC, enabling client teams with various discussions with business, analyzing problems, collaborating with stakeholders, setting up test data, executing tests & performing end to end tests across multiple applications• Establish, implement and improve processes and quality standards in accordance with overall development and product releases, implement process improvements• Responsible for maintaining open communication with project leaders about priorities, deadlines, project status and releases, lead team meetings• Interact with various stakeholders from business & product management to ensure all required considerations from start of the project, prioritize issues for resolution, reporting• Work with Senior QA, Product Managers & SDMs for resource allocations, review financials, roadmap discussions, budget constraints and drive revenue growth• Participate in gathering requirements, developing test strategies, plans and procedures, coordinate testing and developing and reviewing test automation with test team, build test reports• Prioritize test efforts and resolution of defects based on severity of defect, impact to committed releases and customer needs and expectations• Manage & lead the teams effectively, mentor & help team achieve their career development goals, fostering positivity and innovative culture• Identify dependencies between applications to eliminate or reduce risks and potential conflicts during releases: Postman, SOAP UI, Power BI, Jira, X-Ray, Confluence AWS Cloud
