Interpretation of non-serious or serious ADRs of spontaneous and solicited cases following the medical assessment. Assessing the validity of cases. Initial data entry of solicited and spontaneous cases in safety database. Effective communication with the client in context to any discrepancies related to cases. Adverse event (AE) coding by MedDRA browser and drug coding by WHODD browser, working on ARGUS safety database, Coding events, indications and patient history based on MedDRA. Writing narratives to summarize essential details of the case. Responsible for generating and forwarding appropriate queries and requests for follow upinformation Processed Solicited Non Serious cases, Spontaneous Non Serious cases. Initiation, Data entry and Case processing of Structures and Unstructured form in Argus (Client safety database). Processed safety reports of globally US cases and Non US cases reported. Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) Receipt: Receive ICSR via data exchange systems, spontaneously as well as from clinical studies, literature and from business partners. Receive clinical and spontaneous cases across the world in form of CIOMS form, MedWatch form, etc. Case initiation: Case validation: Identify duplicate/invalid case. Checks whether minimum valid criteria meet to initiate processing of the case.
