On-site Responsible for maintaining and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard. Ensures that all processes, documentation, and manufacturing practices meet food safety, legal, and customer requirements. Implement and maintain BRCGS, HACCP, FSSC, and GMP standards across operations. Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities. Maintain document control including SOPs, records, and verification logs. Coordinate management review meetings, root cause analysis (RCA), and continual improvement programs. Handle customer complaints, conduct investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure supplier approval, raw material specifications, and traceability systems are up to date. Perform physical, and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational PRPs during production. Ensure sampling, retention, and shelf-life studies are carried out as per procedures. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and analytical equipment.
