ABOUT AMOL GAWANDE

Currently, I am working on the Regenerative Production Landscape in Madhya Pradesh, driving landscape-level transformation through policy advocacy, government partnerships, and multi-stakeholder coordination. My work focuses on strengthening governance systems, enabling regenerative agriculture, and building market-linked, climate-resilient farming ecosystems that improve smallholder farmer livelihoods at scale.I come from a farmer’s family in rural Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh, and my journey has always been closely connected to agriculture and rural development. Over 18 years, I have worked across agriculture extension, community development, natural resource management, sustainable sourcing, farmer collectives, and agri-business development — bridging grassroots realities with institutional and market solutions. I was honored by the Governor of Madhya Pradesh for my contributions to strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and supporting business development for smallholder farmers.Agriculture is not just my profession — it is my background, purpose, and long-term commitment. I believe collaboration and inclusive systems are key to building a resilient and sustainable future for farmers.Let’s connect and collaborate to create meaningful impact.
