Looking after the daily Regulatory Reporting (i.e. RBI, PFRDA and NPS Trust) Effectively managing regulatory escalation and provide immediate response with effective solutions. Manging the Team and assigning the activities as per requirement of process in order to complete the work within a given timeline. Reviewing the Team Performance by monitoring daily work flow and process tracker. Managing audit activities (both Internal & external) and provide an effective response to their to audit queries. Prompt resolution of customer queries through emails and calls and adhere to provide the optimum support to all branches for resolving customer issues. Submission of monthly and quarterly reports to regulators to be adhered to compliance Process. Managing the BCP Process to regulates the process and critical activities to avoid the risk of process failure. Utilisation of Data Processing and Data Analysis skills to identify and rectify the errors in Reports to avoid the incorrect Reporting to the Regulator. Attending the meetings with Internal as well with external stakeholders for process improvement and for rectification of glitch in the process.
