EPP wireframe design & its fixation strategy.• Headrest design to meet regulatory requirements (ECE & FMVSS). Also, EURO NCAP & IIHS LATCH evaluation to achieve full rating & implemented in the project.• Seat pivot axis decision considering fold flat angle, single & double buckle clearance after folding, bite line.• Gap hider proposals to hide gap between seat & load floor when seat folded flat.• Interaction/discussion with BIW/Interior/Restraints/Carpet teams to develop product & maintain Seat interface as per customer requirement.• Coordinate with suppliers to discuss design targets & cost.• Data share with CAE team, understand the results like failure cause & design change to fill the gap.• Teamcenter- new part number creation, assembly built in Structure manager, Part/Assembly attributes update, Q-Checker run.
