I monitored unusual transaction patterns, including significant cash deposits and credit/debit turnovers that exceeded regulatory thresholds.My role included updating customer records in the bank\'s systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness. I ensured that supporting documents—such as identity proofs, source of funds, and ownership charts—were current, verified, and appropriately stored. I also documented findings from event reviews, recorded the rationale behind decisions, and maintained proper approval workflows.I coordinated with internal stakeholders, including compliance officers, relationship managers, and onboarding teams, to obtain necessary information and resolve discrepancies in client data.
