Select Engagements: • Target Operating Model, Chief Data Office, Tier 1 European Bank (G-SIB): Engaged with senior stakeholders across the bank’s Chief Data Office to conduct a current state assessment of the bank’s data architecture organization, and identify gaps; made recommendations on aligning the data architecture function with industry standards. Created an interactive data ontology for the bank’s Listed Derivatives and Securities Lending businesses, which will be used as a model for other product lines. • CCAR Model Risk Management, Tier 1 American Bank (G-SIB): Developed Fixed Income PPNR models and model documentation covering the Securitized Products business at a leading systemically important investment bank, ahead of the CCAR regulatory review. Served as a liaison between 6 trading desk COOs, and Model Risk Management team, managing stakeholder communication and successfully addressing any internal challenges raised. • Strategy, Planning and CRO Team, Fortune 500 Japanese Bank: Liaised with stakeholders across the bank’s Risk Management and Strategy teams to produce SR11-7 compliant model documentation for complex Credit Risk models; recognized by client for conducting gap analysis ahead of a regulatory review, and delivering cost savings of 20%. • CRO Team, Tier 1 European Bank (G-SIB): Outlined implications of German Bank Separation Act (German Version of Volcker) for major international bank; formulated roadmap for segregation of risky activities (such as prop trading), and resolution planning. • PwC Blockchain Go-to-Market Strategy: Spearheaded business development effort to formulate blockchain go-to-market strategy with Capital Markets leadership team.
