Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) is CIBC’s central point-of-contact with global prudential regulators. • As Director, Global Regulatory Affairs, I lead the coordination of regulatory deliverables within my portfolio and provide support to CIBC\'s senior management and Board members in their interactions with regulators. • Maintain strong and effective relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.• Support GRA mandate of advising on the governance and management of regulatory risk, the implementation of effective regulatory strategies and standards, and with internal and external communications of regulatory topics.• Facilitate appropriate information sharing, regulatory reviews and submissions, and project coordination.• Keep abreast of relevant policy and legislative developments, communicate implications of existing and proposed regulations for internal stakeholders, and provide analysis for issues and risks within portfolio.
