Direct the Global Streaming PMO, accountable for governance, prioritisation frameworks, and portfolio oversight across a team of global Project and Programme Managers delivering Warner Bros. Discovery’s international streaming initiatives. Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to enable strategy execution and the successful rollout of Discovery+, HBO Max, and Max.• Executive Governance Leadership - Chair global steering boards and governance forums alongside CEO and EVP/SVP leadership, aligning investment and decision-making across all international streaming markets.• Global Prioritisation Frameworks - Own and lead the Global Partnership Integration (GPI) prioritisation process, providing the structure, transparency, and data-driven insights that guide executive decisions on critical global partnerships and initiatives.• Portfolio Leadership - Oversee and manage the portfolio of programmes delivered by a team of global Project and Programme Managers, ensuring strategic alignment, resource allocation, and successful execution of high-value initiatives.• Automation & Efficiency at Scale - Designed and deployed automated prioritisation and reporting frameworks using Smartsheet and Jira, saving hundreds of hours per quarter across the global PMO and enabling faster, evidence-based executive decisions.• Strategic Influence - Act as the central decision-support hub for multi-billion-dollar product rollouts (Discovery+, HBO Max, Max), ensuring board-level visibility and confidence in delivery.• Global PMO Development - Built and scaled the central PMO for Global Streaming, embedding best-in-class programme management practices and driving consistency across 50+ engineering and delivery teams worldwide.• Designed and rolled out the quarterly planning process for technology and product teams, introducing enterprise-wide alignment across 50+ tech and product teams worldwide and embedding consistent planning where none previously existed.
