Key Highlights:• Leading earthworks delivery across a 4 km section, including major excavation at Turweston Cutting 1.855 million m³ and spent £38M. • Westbury Embankment spent £3.2M and 49,489.3m3 material placed Class 9(9J1 & Surcharge).• Turweston Embankment spent £4.5M and 21,2017m3 material placed Class 9(9J1 & Surcharge).• Helmdon Embankment spent £2M and 52,174.2m3 material placed Class 9(9J1 & Surcharge)• Grovehill Embankment spent £1.4M and material placed Class 9(9J1 & Surcharge).• Built up landscape bunds using 927.6K m³ material dug out from Cutting. • While doing all this work kept Quality and H&S as a main priority.• Signed TBSs for subcontractors. • Led coordination meeting with all teams working on project. • Led weekly meetings with site team. • I was responsible for creation of 3 months look ahead and 3 week look ahead too. • I managed the deliveries material to other sections. • I managed the crushing activities of 1A1 material. • Managing subcontractors, ensuring programme adherence, quality compliance, and safe execution of works. • Overseeing material logistics (aggregates, geotextiles, engineered fill) and implementing quality assurance through ITPs and testing (CBR, moisture, density). • Coordinating with design and survey teams for setting out, volume calculations, and resolving technical queries. • Driving health, safety, and environmental compliance, including toolbox talks and CDM adherence. • Utilizing digital tools (CAD, GPS, earthworks management systems) for accurate setting out and real-time progress tracking.
