ABOUT AMMAR K.

I\'ve helped HE/FE institutions and corporate workplaces reach their full teaching potential by demonstrating how interactive digital learning platforms can enhance student engagement, learning outcomes and improve student retention. Coming from university education myself and having seen the dramatic shift within the HE landscape over the last 20 years, I have developed a genuine passion for lifelong learning, the innovative methods in which it is delivered today and making it accessible to everyone. Experienced consultant with a passion for helping higher education institutions and corporate enterprises embrace the digital era, improve their course programmes and increase revenue respectively. I\'m interested in artificial intelligence, generative AI platforms, e-Learning Platforms, Education Technology, Pedagogy, Instructional Design, Blended Learning and supporting universities or businesses in transitioning to a more 21st century \'on-demand\' way of teaching and operating especially as the higher education sector and corporate world becomes increasingly global and connected. I\'ve been responsible for growing small sales teams from scratch, working cross functionally within a fast paced high growth start up culture implementing new processes and creating customer success programmes to drive revenue. I have a particular interest in immersive gamified platforms for STEM disciplines that utilise simulation based learning to teach theoretical concepts and promote critical thinking in order to compliment, and in some cases replace, traditional contextual based learning. As an avid video gamer, I also have a keen interest in mobile app, desktop VR based platforms within the e-Learning & Higher Education sectors with a strong focus on UI, UX and Artificial Intelligence which I believe is key to student retention, student satisfaction and making life easier for lecturers/educators.
