Support development including identifying opportunities for team members to build skills and make professional growth.• Provide grant-making and compliance training to staff; design and oversee training plans; monitor progressGrantmaking Systems and Procedure Development:• Along with co-managers, oversee grants processing and compliance, including review and approval processes, maintenance of support documents, and responsive support• Work in cross departmental teams to manage cancellations, amendments, adjustments and financial reporting• Oversee grant payments to ensure they are sent with accurate and compliant documentation• Improve upon a grants management system that aligns with current and future operational needsDemonstrates: • Attention to detail, ability to set and enforce deadlines and accountability• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM systems, Salesforce, BOX,+• Commitment to customer service excellence and discretion with highly sensitive and confidential data• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within designated timeframes, as well as demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities• Openness to learning new frameworks and thinking critically about improving existing methods or approaches
