Product analysis (constructional & quality parameters) after receiving PPS • Delivery date closure after receiving the PO • Raising PI and getting it approved from the client. • Coordinate with leather and material dept to ensure that everything is ordered in 48hours from the date of receiving PO. • Follow-up with Leather and Material Dept for raw material.• Follow-up with pilot, quality, Cutting, production, finishing, packing and logistics departments. • Maintaining the WIP (work in process) chart on daily basis.• Co-ordinate with each & every concerned department for maintaining their co-relation & completion the job On Time. • Close scrutiny of the Order execution on a daily basis besides communicating with the clients. • Constant follow-ups till receipt of payment • Preparing report of Season-wise Leather development against production orders. • Quality Inspection twice a week and maintain of quality defect(s)/ fault soft copies of report for review fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly. • To examine quality defect(s)/ fault(s) and related issues highlighted by buyer and maintain soft copies of the report(s) received time to time for review fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly quality and ensure corrective action is taken. • To ensure all Packaging Materials Related Confusion & Inquiries are addressed within 20 days PO Receipt to further ensure all such materials starting from Barcode, Sewn Label, Price Tag-Tkt, Dustbags, Carton Sticker/Poster, Destination wise are procured smoothly at least within 45 days of PO Receipt. • Coordinate with logistic team for shipment booking and submit packing list minimum 21days from the ex-factory of goods.
