Securing businesses with clarity, resilience, and boardroom confidence.My career in cybersecurity began with a simple question: “What happens when things go wrong?”That question still drives me today.With over 20 years of leadership across cybersecurity, privacy, and risk management, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations that shape the world - from Bechtel, a global leader in engineering and infrastructure, to ICICI Bank, one of India’s largest financial institutions. I’ve advised global enterprises through Ernst & Young, and helped drive security-led digital transformation at HCL Technologies.Each role brought a different lens: • At Bechtel, it was about securing critical infrastructure. • At ICICI Bank, it was protecting financial systems under intense regulatory scrutiny. • At EY, it was helping Fortune 500s tackle emerging threats with confidence. • At HCL, it was enabling global clients to scale securely in a cloud-first world.Along the way, I’ve led high-performing teams, managed enterprise-wide security programs, and advised C-suites and boards on how to turn risk into strategic advantage.My expertise spans: • Global cybersecurity strategy and governance • Privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, DPDP, PCI, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) • Incident response and crisis management • Executive risk communication and board-level reporting • Building security cultures that empower, not paralyzeI hold certifications including CISSP, CDPSE, and CISA, and I’m currently working on my upcoming book, “Think Like a Hacker, Decide Like a CISO” — a mindset-driven guide to mastering cybersecurity leadership.Above all, I believe cybersecurity is about trust.Trust in systems.
