   Drive strategy and configuration for Slack, Atlassian (including the Jira Cloud migration), and other collaboration platforms, ensuring they support how Pinterest teams plan, communicate, and deliver work, while integrating GenAI features that boost productivity. Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders and run end‑to‑end delivery of system enhancements, from discovery and requirements through configuration, testing, launch, and iteration, using data and feedback to prioritize work and measure impact. Improve intake and governance for internal tool requests and changes, increasing transparency, reducing ad‑hoc work, and aligning investments with business priorities. Serve as Sr. BSA on Pinterest’s Jira Data Center → Jira Cloud migration, leading app deprecation analysis, data‑mapping decisions, and full‑stack testing (web, mobile, Confluence, Slack) to enable a smooth cutover with no critical incidents, including the migration of legacy integrations which reduced risk and administrative overhead. Design and pilot improvements to the Slack admin and user experience, combining Slack workflows and Jira automation to increase transparency and shorten cycle times for internal Slack enhancement requests. Act as lead BSA for enabling Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo in Jira Cloud, driving IT and company‑wide GenAI approvals and creating enablement and governance content so teams can safely use AI in work management tools.
