Monitoring the overall process high pressure reaction (28 kg/cm2 and 10 kg/cm2), Dehydration, vacuum distillation, simple distillation and filtration. Monitoring and Controlling the production of hydrogenation product like 2,5 Dichloroaniline, 3,4 Dichloroaniline, ortho Anisidine, Para Toluidine and Ortho Toluidine. Provide Training to the employee about the process and safety procedures in order to run plant effectively and in safely manner. Monitoring PLC system (Honeywell) and the process parameter.
