Amit Verma is a Transformation leader with over 20 years of diverse industry experience having worked with Indian and multinational companies and across geographies of India and Europe. He has a successful track record of driving Transformation programs in organisations covering all aspects of Strategy formulation, Operating Model creation, driving Operating Excellence and delivering superior Operations. In his current role, he drives Digital Transformation, Strategy and Governance functions in Reliance for the Supply Chain function. In his past role, he led the indirect spend team for all the Reliance Group companies and was responsible for managing external relationships and negotiating deals of more than 350 Mn USD per annum.He thrives in entrepreneurial roles and in entrepreneurial organizations where problem solving, creativity, and high degree of self-motivation are needed.
