I create and execute a holistic recruitment strategy aimed at securing top talent, whether they are experienced professionals or recent graduates. I also take the lead in promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the organization, implementing programs to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.In addition, I establish and maintain talent acquisition processes and design the selection criteria for the most effective recruitment channels.
