   Payroll file management system This application consolidated files in individual countries into a central secured system with robust access controls and controls to handle country specific data privacy regulations. Application is also capable of integrating with internal teams as well as external vendors to exchange files automatically and securely using Amazon S3 copy or SFTP protocol. I led the design and build for this application. I also built central component of the application responsible for storing files and metadata. Employee Self Service application This is Employee facing application built for performing HR related activities. It was accessible from website as well as mobile app. Backend was Java based micro-services. I designed and developed APIs and UI features for this application. o Implemented feature to use A/B testing framework to slowly rollout feature to reduce blast radius. o Integrated with Timekeeping system which enabled associates from keeping track of their recorded time and report discrepancies on timely manner which intern reduced pay defects by 40%. Employee Internal Transfer application This application was built for enabling FC associates from requesting internal transfers to different role or work location. This service generated offers based on location hiring requirements and applicant’s preferences. o Integrated service with DocuSign for enabling associates to electronically accepting extended offers and save 5 hours of HR work per week. FC Site Metadata Service o Designed and built this service by pulling data from 3 different services. Service was built using Java on RPC protocol. o Implemented change-based sync from decencies to only sync when new data is available. This reduced sync time from 5 minutes to 30 seconds and enabled us to sync more frequently reducing data staleness.
