As an accomplished Controls and Plant manager, I have a proven track record of delivering successful projects while leading teams to meet and exceed expectations. With extensive experience in the biogas industry, I have managed all aspects of construction and control operations for a $27 million project and supported multiple plants in WI, MI, NY, TX, and SD.I oversaw safety, operations, personnel management, maintenance, process improvements, financial performance, forecasting and budgeting, inventory management, product quality, and environmental compliance. I utilized a data-driven approach to research and resolve project concerns and regularly analyzed and improvised business processes to improve overall operational efficiency.Throughout my career, I have led and motivated teams of I&C Techs, Operators, Electricians, and Engineers, successfully handling more than two significant projects annually. I have a solid technical background, with experience preparing, reviewing, or modifying electrical drawings, P & IDs, one-line diagrams, MCC and panelboard schedules, and detail sheets.As an effective communicator, I have worked closely with employees to set goals, review performance, arrange training, order supplies, and handle expenses. I have also implemented quality assurance and safety standards to maintain compliance with safety programs and regulations set forth by OSHA.My experience extends beyond project management, including electrical design analyses, testing, and troubleshooting. I have extensive knowledge of Allen Bradley, RS Logix and Factory Talk, and I have designed electrical drawings using AutoCAD.I am firmly committed to continuous improvement and have implemented various techniques to improve operational efficiency.
