With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned Assistant Manager at Brose India Automotive Systems Pvt. Ltd, where I lead and manage multiple projects and teams for designing and developing innovative and high-quality products and systems for various vehicle applications. My core competencies include electromechanics, e-mobility, window regulators, EV, and IP ratings, as well as geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, CATIA, engineering, and Hypermesh. I have successfully delivered several complex and challenging projects, such as the first window regulator with integrated anti-pinch sensor for the Indian market, the first electromechanical door system for a premium car manufacturer, and the first e-bike drive system for a leading bicycle brand. As an Assistant Manager, I am passionate about creating value for our customers and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within our organization.
