I’m a cross-sector leader with over 20 years of experience transforming systems at the intersection of education, workforce, and community development. I’m driven by a deep commitment to expanding opportunity across Texas and beyond.My career began in semiconductor manufacturing, where I honed skills in systems design, process optimization, and precision analytics. That engineering foundation continues to shape my approach to strategic planning, data integration, and scalable impact.With a blend of technical expertise and educational leadership, I’ve led initiatives across K–12, higher education, nonprofits, and government—aligning operations, driving innovation, and building coalitions that advance student success, economic mobility, and equity.Currently, I serve as the Director of Data Analytics in the Office of School Improvement, Accountability, and Compliance at Region One ESC. Previously, I served as Director of Performance Management under the Texas Strategic Leadership program, where I partnered with superintendents and boards to redesign district systems, leverage data for decision-making, and guide long-term planning aligned to TEA’s Effective District Framework.Throughout my career, including roles in GEAR UP, CE3, and Project RISE, I’ve led the development of high-impact professional learning systems, created scalable technology platforms, and established cross-sector partnerships with institutions like UTRGV, TAMIU, STC, and local chambers of commerce.I’ve worked across every level of the educational ecosystem, from classrooms to executive leadership, bringing a systems-thinking mindset rooted in coaching, innovation, and community. Recognized as an H-E-B Excellence in Education semi-finalist, a Harvard Women in Educational Leadership alumna, RGVGivesBack Education & Community Impact awardee, and a TEA-certified Lone Star Governance Coach, I lead with both strategic insight and relational trust.
