   Created a RAG chatbot using Python, Langchain and Ollama model (llama-3) answering product-related queries, resulting in a 20% increase in user engagement.• Designed the RAG chatbot auth architecture and implemented the same.• Built a Figma plugin using React/TypeScript, which converted Figma designs into JSON data formats, helping the AI team to train LLMs for the main V10 feature of ‘Figma to Iris’ conversion.• Designed and implemented the AI/ML pipeline within Node-Webkit (NW.js) based VoltMXIRIS application using Python, NodeJS, and JavaScript, which is the main feature of V10 (Figma to Iris).• Implemented the mechanism to support the ‘Import Figma Form’ feature for on-prem users, which caters to around 70% of the paid users.• Built the JIRA add-on POC using JavaScript and NodeJS to integrate into the IRIS, helping the backend team to reduce the development time.• Successfully addressed and fixed 60+ critical bugs, leading to enhanced performance and functionality.• Built an MCP-based agent which can take a prompt from the user and generate Iris forms or edit Skins / Widget properties.• Spearheaded the revamp of the UI/UX of VoltMX Iris app and redesigned popups, resulting in a significant improvement in UX and increased user retention.• Created a Docker containerised Express app for testing the existing server deployed on an EC2 instance.
