I am an Area Sales Manager (Spares) at Bajaj Auto Ltd, responsible for managing the Motorcycle Spares Business across Karnataka and Goa. I have completed my MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (Delhi) and graduation from St. Xavier’s College (Kolkata) in Economics. In my current role, I handle a network of 9 key distributor accounts and over 1500 retailers, contributing to an annual revenue of Rs. 250 Cr. Cracking Sales is notoriously tough, but I am grateful for the opportunity it presents you to research and decode consumer behaviour and psyche (from using Google Lens to translate Indonesian Facebook groups to standing under the blazing sun in a remote village to spot and interview Pulsar customers- I have done it all!). Through my diverse experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of mapping user journeys, stakeholder management and the importance of data-backed decision making.
