It has been an interesting and exciting journey; A School Prefect in 1990, College President in 1991-95, 2 Proprietorship companies set up in 1992, 4 concurrent Degrees acquired by 1997, Leading ISO implementation in 1997, Launching an Ecommerce Portal in 1998, Youngest CEO of a listed company’s group entity in Launching India’s 1st Navigation Portal in 2001, Building a high-end GIS Applications team in 2002, Launching India’s 1st GPS Navigation Product in 2005, India’s 1st Preschool & Daycare chain in 2005, Global Marquee VC Investment in 2008-12, Expanding in CAFM domain in 2013, Expanding Corporate Creche in 2015, Launching a SaaS product in 2016, navigating a Pandemic 20••••23 while ensuring there is no negative impact on my ventures, later bouncing back even stronger than before in all 3 business ventures. Part of Media Panels, Speaker dozens of times in different cities across India and a couple of them abroad too. Now scaling the businesses across various verticals and geographies.Bringing various new technology and services of global standards to India was my passion when I stumbled on the idea of implementing GPS navigation while traveling in the US. My business idea was approved as an Entrepreneur incubation program. I have introduced a wide range of IT products that have proven to be helpful to Indian businesses, SaaS being one of the greatest examples. Our Product QuickFMS today in 2025 has 75+ customers and 3 Million users across 6 countries. It is a Pioneer and Market leader in its space, with ambitious plans to emerge as a Leading IT product company from India. My Corporate Creche business Sunshine helps professionals get to work daily with peace of mind that their loved ones are well looked after, it also helps companies comply with the Maternity Bill which needs them to offer this service to their employees. With 77+ across 31 cities in 13 states, this business too is a Pioneer and Market leader in its space, is already counted as the leader in Corporate Inhouse Creche business. Our Preschool Education Program DLP is a big game changer for the industry that was hitherto struggling with poor quality and lack of standardization. My third venture is Healthcare Digital Marketing Services for Doctors and Hospitals launched during Pandemic which has already notched up 60 clients and is aiming to scale up beyond India in the coming years.I believe an entrepreneur should not leave any opportunity untapped. My favorite quote is; “Learn from other’s experience because if you try to learn from your own, one lifetime is not enough!”

At QuickFMS, we provide a cloud based platform to our clients where they can easily and efficiently manage their office space and facilities. Everything conveniently comes together under one frame and monitoring becomes more than simple. We have also witnessed a raised level of productivity and enthusiasm among our employees since we have started to use QuickFMS. It is one of my most successful experiments and I strongly recommend Corporates to give it a try.
