Strategic Business Development• Guiding team to Identify, qualify, and pursue federal government contract opportunities (CIV-prime and DoD- Sub).• Working with team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities aligned with company capabilities and growth goals.• Develop capture strategies and competitive positioning.2. Capture Management• Lead and manage capture efforts for high-value opportunities.• Engage with internal stakeholders (finance, technical SMEs) to shape winning solutions.• Conduct competitor analysis, customer assessments, and win probability analysis.3. Client & Partner Engagement• Build relationships with government clients, industry partners, and primes/subs.• Represent the company at industry events and agency-specific briefings.• Negotiate teaming agreements, NDAs, and pricing strategies in coordination with legal and finance.5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning• Monitor federal procurement trends, contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs), and agency budgets.• Contribute to strategic planning, BD forecasts, and revenue growth objectives.6. Internal Reporting & Leadership• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline health, win/loss status, and BD metrics.• Mentor and guide junior BD and proposal staff.
