My current assignment gives me the unique opportunity to work with a large customer that is going through complete IT transformation, including change in organizational structure, enterprise architecture, and ways of working. What excites me even more is that the customer\'s business itself is going through transformation that requires them to re-imagine the Products & Services, Revenue Model, Partnerships, Assets, Skillset and other strategic areas. In short, all the current conversations and dealings to a large extent involve answering Why, What and How in the context of Enterprise IT Strategy. Some of the Key focus areas are Domain-driven Design, Platform-oriented Target Architecture, Mesh inspired Data Architecture and adopting MACH as architectural principle to offer Sustainable Mobility SolutionsI, as a Transformation Architect, am responsible to create and successfully deliver a model that continuously churns out ideas, evaluate them against partner\'s vision and objectives, develop a contextualized solution, demonstrate a working concept using Agile delivery methodologies and create value propositions and sales collaterals. All of these require me to work with various internal and external stakeholders, decision makers, software developers, domain SME, product owners, process specialists and other key people without whose help such a large scale transformation cannot be realized.
