Key responsibilities: Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from attraction (sourcing) to offer/ hiring within the company for all business segments such as Vehicle Finance (VF), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loan & Business Loan (PL & BL), Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), as well as Securities products Tracking the manpower budget vs actual data during the financial year Monitor the recruitment MIS data on a weekly & monthly basis and update in the tracker Handling & leading the team of HR & talent acquisition specialists Develop a sourcing channel and execute the talent acquisition process Conduct the recruitment drive for bulk & niche hiring for all business segments Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies, and procedures Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in line with hiring guidelines Partner with the business on workforce planning and the identification of required capabilities and skills Salary negotiation with selected applicants, and make sure all formalities are completed after the selection process, including the timely release of their offer letter and appointment letter.
