In the last 19 years I have worked and studied in three different countries, which has not only given me the experience required in both customer service and training, but also has meant that I have developed my personal skills so as to effectively integrate cultural and harmonical differences.I am an extremely hard working individual, who likes to be challenged on a day-to-day basis; I am a strong individual and a committed team player.My main areas of study were Marketing and Rooms Division. Training others and implementing new ideas is something that I aspire for and by working within either Sales and Marketing team or Front Office this would be easily and effectively achieved.I pride myself in the service levels I provide and endeavor to be as pro-active as possible with a \'can do\' attitude. I will always try to find a solution to any given situation and this is regularly achieved.
