About Amit Kimothi
A seasoned IT leader with over 27 years of experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently, I head the AI Practice for the Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Logistics & Hi-Tech sectors. In this role, I steer my clients\' AI journeys through strategic AI initiatives like setting up AI Centers of Excellence, AI-led IT and Business Transformation, Platform and Responsible AI strategy, AI tool selection and ROI definition. I am directly responsible for the growth of AI revenue and other AI adoption metrics within these sectors. I have program managed critical and high-impact org wide initiatives to reimagine the catalogue of IT and Business service offerings with an AI-first approach. This involved spearheading multi-unit collaboration to develop an industry-leading suite of over 25 innovative AI-first service offerings playbooks which is now being used in multiple client conversations and has strengthened my current organizations position on AI offerings with the Analysts.Throughout my career, I have excelled in leadership roles encompassing Business Planning, Prospecting, Pre-Sales, Contract Negotiations, Technology Incubation, Program Management, and Relationship Management for major clients. My responsibilities have included comprehensive ownership of Talent Planning, Quality Planning, Risk Planning, People Management, Operations Management, Client Management, and the definition of strategic roadmaps. I have a proven track record of building high-performing teams that successfully deliver complex, large-scale transformational programs and significant cost optimization initiatives for clients.I am excited about the transformative disruption AI is driving across industries and the vast potential it offers across IT and Business.
