After having spent many years climbing the corporate ladder, from Times Group, Hero Moto Corp, Ford India, what truly changed Amit’s life were two things. The first being a personal crisis. The second was doing a program at INSEAD. For the first time in his life, he had clarity about his life and his priorities. With this a tiny idea began to take shape in his mind. If he could figure out a way to jump over one of the biggest hurdles life threw at him, surely there was a way in which he could use his learnings in such a way that more people would benefit from it? And that’s how Dehurdle was born-AI Powered Executive Coaching app. Amit has partnered and shared his knowledge of dehurdling life with corporates like Google, American Express, Siemens, Aditya Birla, Tata, and Reliance. More than people have gained from the Dehurdle bootcamps and talks. He has been featured on TEDx twice, and when he has the time, he writes for the Indian press.    I have officially begun my journey as part of the Al Venture Lab Founder Sprint 2025, having been selected from 1200+ applicants across 25+ countries. This program brings together a global community of Al founders and offers access to world-class mentorship from INSEAD and Harvard faculty, MIT Al Venture Studio practitioners, and leading venture capital advisors including Y Combinator, Blitzscaling Ventures, and White Star Capital. Through this experience, I am actively refining Dehurdle’s vision to make executive coaching accessible and affordable, while building the networks and strategies needed to scale impact globally.
