I have extensively worked for 20+ years in the Onshore, Offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry on full-time basis on the levels of Piping Engineer, Pipeline Engineer and Sr. Principal Engineer. I’m a competent & experienced detail design engineer with excellent communication, critical thinking, project implementation skills. I am an individual who possesses a pragmatic approach to work and can do best to achieve results within time constraints, budgetary requirements.Expertise: Pipe Stress Analysis, Piping Design Engineering.Tasks Summary: Technical examination of all planning documents prepared for the production of pipe systems for the process industry, from the specification and design calculation to the production and acceptance plans.This includes.• Preparation of Design Drawings including plot plan, equipment layout and GA Drawings.• Mathematical testing of the strength, stability of piping systems connected to columns, tank, compressors & pumps, etc.• Application of national and international regulations and legal requirements (PED, WRC, EN 13480, ASME Codes, API, etc.).• Working with finite element programs, e.g. CAESAR 2, Auto Pipe, ROHR 2, Nozzle Pro, FE Pipe, SPR & Navis Works.• Assessment of the material suitability and the planned manufacturing processes for the operational requirements, the manufacturing process and the quality and regulatory specifications.• Supporting engineering companies and clients in the planning of their process systems, in the creation of project and design specifications.
