With over 20 years of experiences in the global plastic market, 4Sons has consulted for a variety of clients in different fields. Professional highlights include- Work in the medical field, providing a UW Medical School team with product design and development consulting for a patented plastic devices. Services included 3D printing, material selection, patent application, and business model optimization- Worked closely with AmeriLux International to develop their architectural market. Work includes designing a model for approaching architects, lead qualification and generation, pipeline management, and overseeing all contracts directly. While working with AmeriLux, responsible for developing a Standing Seam production patent, which later sold to Sabic. This patent allows for an increased product line at a fractional cost- Helped a large U.S. company to design a project that allows for installation of 100\' long panels. Provided direct engineering support for this project- Lead an engineering team to design & build the world\'s first polycarbonate ultrasonic welding machine. Worked with same team to design & build the world\'s largest polycarbonate powder filling machine- Both machines mentioned above were used to scale the global polycarbonate market- Provided education and guidance for a contract management SaaS start-up, helping them breach into the building / architectural markets- Worked closely with a leading European manufacturer to develop the Do It Yourself (DIY) polycarbonate market in the United States. Worked includes creating and implementing business model, project and product management, and business development- Assisted a large roofing company with material selection and project design, allowing them to switch a portion of their product line from metal to polycarbonate (thus reducing cost and increasing market share).
