Manage Projects & Teams to deliver Intelligent Process Automation solutions for customers in Life Sciences, Banking and Financial industries • Supervise, Guide, Mentor and Coach Professionals in the roles of Project Leads, Software developers, Business Analysts and other Project and Functional Managers and provide measurable targets to track performance. • Authorized to hire new resources, approve budgets for upskill through training, tools, technologies and infrastructure, team rewards and recognition, certifications and any other investments required for delivery of projects in the organization • Build & Monitor integrated project plan to have a holistic view of the engagement and provide alternate plans to mitigate potential risks / issues • Work with recruitment team and HR vendors to provide pipeline of skill requirements including role, grade, and compensation benchmark • Acquire Project team through in-house and lateral recruitment, and negotiations by leveraging the network across the other teams of organization • Review and approve timesheets and leave / vacation of employees by maintaining a leave calendar • Program Governance with all internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress and provide guidance on continuous improvements • Demonstrate Financial health of the projects in terms of revenue and margin performance against committed forecast; provide directions and implement changes to meet the goals defined. • Prepare deal review presentations followed by building the Statement of Work for the approved projects and submit to Customers and Executive leadership of the organization. • Conduct monthly feedback sessions and Quarterly appraisal meetings with teams to provide a descriptive, fact oriented and objective feedback • Recommend exceptional performers for additional recognition of salary increments, Bonus, Promotions or any other compensatory benefits available as per organizational policies
