My career journey has been a diverse one. I have worked in various industries such as event management, IT, non-profit and retail. After many years of experience as a client care associate, I have gained skills in resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. These experiences made me realize how much I enjoy helping people. I had an opportunity to work for a non-profit organization as a program coordinator for job fairs, and this particular experience piqued my interest in the field of career development. I decided to explore my interest, and currently, I am a student at Conestoga college enrolled in the career development professional program.
